The Construction Management Intern is responsible for assisting the Technical Division Director with our real estate projects.
Essential Job Functions:
• Running crews
• Hiring Subcontractors
• Completing Rehab & Remodel Projects
• Doing Teardowns
• Doing New Builds

Additional Requirements:

• Knowledgeable in all areas of home construction
• Able to routinely use scopes of work
• Able to make and utilize gantt charts
• Excellent communication skills
