Southwest suburban real estate company is in search of an office manager, administrative assistant and personal expediter for company executives. We are looking for a qualified, motivated individual who can take charge and keep the office tightly organized, and work closely with the company directors and the rest of the team.
This rapidly growing company expects performance from its employees, and pays based on results. Must have the ability to structure your day within the framework of existing company policy. Must be willing to work hard and stay long hours if needed. Extremely rewarding position in more ways than one.
Daily tasks include:
-Tracking office statistics
- Scanning and filing documents
-Marketing and Public Relations Support
-Client fulfillment
-Appointment booking
- Handling incoming/out-going emails
- Answering phone/checking voicemail
- Event planning
- Running local errands
- Booking travel
- Maintaining calendar
Requirements:
