iCandy Homes is hiring a qualified, dynamic person to work in our Technical Division. This position is suitable for a short term college internship. We are also looking for long term placement. We are hiring full-time and part-time positions. We can work with your college so that you get credit for your internship.

The Construction Management Intern is responsible for assisting the Technical Division Director with our real estate projects.
Essential Job Functions:
• Running crews
• Hiring Subcontractors
• Completing Rehab & Remodel Projects
• Doing Teardowns
• Doing New Builds

Additional Requirements:

• Knowledgeable in all areas of home construction
• Able to routinely use scopes of work
• Able to make and utilize gantt charts
• Excellent communication skills
